Jean-François Marlière is a founding partner of Marlière & Partners executive search. With more than twenty-five years of experience in the field of executive recruitment, his expertise is focused on the search for top-level financial executives. Jean-François began his career with Ecotec Fund Management Ltd (Birmingham, U.K.) as a private equity fund analyst.
In 1997, he became part of Korn/Ferry International in Brussels, initially working in technology markets, then three years later joining the Korn/Ferry office in Luxemburg and dedicating himself to the financial sector.
In September 2010 Jean-François started up Marlière & Partners executive search, which is today recognized as one of the leaders in the recruitment of executive profiles in Luxembourg. Endowed with vast experience when researching international profiles, Jean-François specializes in asset management, investment funds, private banking, insurance and other finance-related roles.
Jean-François holds a Master's Degree in Economics (Business and Management Engineer) from the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL Mons) in Belgium.
